  • Integrated Electronics Management

    Yacht Technologies provides shore-side technical support as well as onboard attendance for the life of a vessel.

    Our technical support service is called Integrated Electronics Management. Subscribers to Integrated Electronics Management benefit from the use of an online reporting tool, with authenticated login, to log faults and exchange messages; we can also be contacted directly via the telephone. Our experts are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week to ensure fast problem resolution, as outlined below.

    SELEX Elsag already provide support to over 170 yachts and commercial ships worldwide. The scope for Integrated Electronics Management includes:

    • Entertainment systems
    • CCTV and security systems
    • Shore-based maintenance (SBM); e.g. GMDSS
    • Communication
    • Navigation
    • Miscellaneous equipment, for example, customer specific electronics on the following basis:
    • Scope of services available 24 hours per day, seven days a week and 365 days per year
    • The shore-side support programme gives access to support staff who will be able to remotely, or via telephone, guide the ship's staff to resolve an issue. Yacht Technologies engineers are available to attend the vessel 365 days a year at a minimum of three days notice
